Our Story
Max Kitchen did a classic "bait-and-switch,"
improperly installing defective countertop.
Verification
We reached out to multiple contractors who all confirmed Max Kitchen’s failure to meed industry standards.
Denial
We reached out to Max Kitchen several times who denied any wrongdoing and refused to fix anything.
Refusal
Not only did Max Kitchen outright refuse to acknowledge a single problem, they wanted us to pay to fix it!
Escalation
They behaved as if this is simply how they do business all the time so we are warning the public and protesting.
Now We're Stuck
We’re stuck with a hideous, defective countertop with a large and unsightly crack running through the entire surface, along with an incorrectly measured countertop that overhangs the cabinetry by more than a 1/4″ beyond any industry norm.
But We’re Fighting Back
We wont give up without a fight. We will be filing complaints with Consumer Affairs, the NYS Attorney General and notifying local news media, along with protesting all of the various Max Kitchen locations to send a message that they cannot get away with ripping off customers!
